Welcome again all bikers of every level!!

Thank you all Participants of the 2008 Tour de Dutchess Bike Fest! This year raised $850.00 to help find a cure! The food was delicious and prepared by Sinpai's Pizzeria in Brewster, NY, Sauro's Deli, and A&P in Patterson, NY. Feedback was tremendously positive regarding the organization, routes, food and music. More bikers participated this year as well as twice as many 50 milers!

Congratulations to our oldest rider who completed the 50 mile ride at age 75!

I am always open for suggestions to improve the event-so please send any ideas to my email address found below.

Check in soon for the finalized date for next year's Tour!

Lieb Chiropractic will host the Third Annual Tour de Dutchess Bicycle Fest on September  (TBA) 2009. to raise funds for the  National Tourette Syndrome Association(TSA).

I am a TEAM TSA member and chiropractor in Pawling, NY, diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at age 11. I have experienced the trials of life having this neurological disorder.  Now I strive to help people in every way to the best of my ability in practice and want to apply this energy toward finding a cure for TS. The Annual Tour de Dutchess Bicycle Fest comprises fun choices of various bike routes through scenic woods and back country settings of historic Dutchess County, culminating with good food and a live band.  All proceeds benefit the National Tourette Syndrome Association. I am excited to organize such an event and take the challenge of putting my efforts toward finding a cure. But I need your help!

You can help by participating on Sunday, September 21, 2008 or sending your donation.  This will help the National TSA to provide programs and services for people diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome. It will help TSA educate teachers about students with TS, develop quality awareness materials to educate the community and fund a worldwide cutting edge research program to identify the cause and find a cure for TS.

Tourette Syndrome is an inherited neurobiological disorder afflicting more than 200,000 people worldwide and millions more who exhibit associated behaviors. Symptoms can include uncontrollable physical body tics such as eye blinking, shoulder shrugging, head motions, vocal tics, and coexisting disorders of the brain like OCD and ADHD.

You can make a difference . . . please join me in supporting a very important cause. Thank you for your support!

Sincerely,

Dr. Robert Lieb
